Loopfella helps locate contractors listed for emergency services. It is not a dispatch service. If there is immediate danger, contact emergency authorities first. A 24-hour listing does not guarantee that a crew can respond now.
Select the category that describes the problem, such as plumbing, electrical power, roofing, restoration or board-up work. Enter the address where help is needed and call the provider to describe the situation and confirm its service area.
Give the site address and entrance, your callback number, a description of the problem, access restrictions and the on-site contact. Explain any known hazards without attempting repairs or entering an unsafe area to collect more information.
Ask whether a crew is available, its estimated arrival window and whether it can perform the work or only assess and stabilize the situation. Confirm callout charges, after-hours rates, minimum charges and what happens if additional equipment or another trade is needed.
Keep the company and contact names, quoted terms and agreed response window. Confirm relevant qualifications and who authorizes additional work. If availability changes, update the site contact and search for another suitable provider.
Urgent stabilization and permanent repair may have different scopes. Record what was completed and what remains, then use the regular contractor search for planned work. Use jobsite services for ongoing support such as security or hauling.
