Memberships and Private Locations

Premium membership features may include private locations, saved location information, quote-request tools, transaction history, and other member-only tools. Private locations are created, cloned, edited, and managed by the member. Members are responsible for verifying that private location information, contact details, materials, photos, notes, and quote-request details are accurate before relying on them.

If a membership expires, is canceled, or is otherwise not active, access to premium features may be limited or unavailable. Loopfella.com may retain account, payment, transaction, quote, private-location, and usage records as needed for service operation, security, troubleshooting, accounting, legal compliance, and dispute prevention.

Cloned Locations and Public Source Data

Loopfella.com may allow premium members to clone an existing public location into a private location for convenience. A cloned private location is a member-managed copy or reference and does not transfer ownership of the original public listing. Public listing information, materials, and photos may change over time. If a member chooses to use live public material information for a private location, that private location may display updated material and photo information from the original public listing. If a member chooses to use private copied material information instead, the member is responsible for keeping that private information current.

Cloned locations and public source information are provided for convenience only. Users must independently verify supplier information, materials, availability, photos, pricing, directions, and contact details before making business decisions.

Quote Request Feature

Loopfella.com may allow premium members to send quote-request emails to selected private-location contacts. Loopfella.com is not a broker, seller, supplier, purchaser, freight provider, agent, or party to any quote, sale, delivery, or agreement between users and third-party businesses.

Quote-request emails depend on the contact information saved for the selected private locations. Loopfella.com does not guarantee that an email will be delivered, received, read, answered, or accepted. Any prices, quotes, delivery terms, material availability, material quality, taxes, fees, timing, or disputes are solely between the user and the responding third party.

Users are responsible for confirming the accuracy of the requested material, quantity, delivery address, timing, recipient selection, and any resulting quote before ordering or purchasing materials or services.

Mapping and Route Information

Loopfella.com utilizes mapping data from OpenStreetMap (OSM), which we may host locally to provide faster and more reliable services. Certain mapping features may also be powered by Mapbox to enhance user experience. By using our website, you agree to comply with the terms of service and privacy policies of Mapbox, including attribution requirements.

The routing and directions provided by our mapping system are powered by Open Source Routing Machine (OSRM). Suggested routes may include toll roads, highways, restrictions, closures, construction zones, or other paths that may incur fees or limitations not explicitly mentioned.

Loopfella.com makes no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of mapping, routing, toll, traffic, road condition, or construction information. Users are responsible for verifying route details and any associated costs before travel.

Stripe Payment Processing and Cancellation

Loopfella.com uses Stripe as a secure third-party payment processor. By submitting your payment details, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• Loopfella.com does not store your credit card or payment information.
• All payments are processed directly through Stripe's secure system.
• Any payment disputes must be handled directly with Stripe.
• Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds will be issued for fees already paid.
• Loopfella.com reserves the right to update its cancellation policies at any time.

User Responsibilities and Listings

Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of any information provided before making business decisions. Loopfella.com does not guarantee the quality or performance of any third-party services or products listed on the site.

Business owners, members, and users who create, claim, edit, upload, or submit listing information are responsible for the accuracy and legality of that information. This includes business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, emails, logos, flyers, material selections, photos, approval status, visibility settings, private notes, and any other content submitted through Loopfella.com.

Loopfella.com may review, approve, reject, edit, hide, suspend, or remove listings or content when needed for service quality, safety, legal compliance, or abuse prevention, but we are not obligated to monitor every listing or every change.

User-Generated Content
