These terms govern your use of Loopfella searches, maps, business listings, memberships, advertising, account tools, and submitted content.
By accessing or using Loopfella.com, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a membership or advertisement, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Loopfella.

Loopfella is a construction-industry search, directory, advertising, and business-information platform. It helps users find material and disposal or recycling locations, contractors, rentals, services, and construction events. Loopfella does not guarantee that a listed business is available, qualified, licensed, insured, suitable, or able to meet a particular project requirement.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not impersonate another person or business, claim a location you do not have authority to manage, or use Loopfella for unlawful purposes.
Directory information may come from listing owners, members, public records, third-party sources, or Loopfella research. Information can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Users must independently confirm business identity, location, accepted or supplied materials, licenses, classifications, certifications, insurance, services, equipment, availability, pricing, schedules, project requirements, and jobsite conditions before making a decision.
A single location listing may describe both materials supplied and construction materials accepted for disposal or recycling. Placement in one or more search areas does not represent an endorsement or certification by Loopfella.
Loopfella may review, approve, reject, correct, suspend, or remove a listing or submitted change when reasonably necessary to protect directory quality, users, or the service. Approval means that a listing is eligible to appear in the appropriate Loopfella search; it is not a guarantee, verification, endorsement, or promise of search position, traffic, leads, or sales. Listing owners remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of their information and offerings.
Paid features, listing memberships, premium tools, and event advertisements are provided according to the description and billing cycle shown when purchased. Recurring subscriptions continue until canceled. Unless a different policy is shown at purchase or applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and fees already paid are nonrefundable.
Stripe processes payment-card information under its own terms and privacy policy. Loopfella does not store full payment-card numbers. You authorize the applicable charges and are responsible for taxes, fees, and accurate billing information associated with your purchase.
Access to private-location, saved-search, quote, or other premium tools depends on the applicable active membership. Members are responsible for information they save, import, copy, or manage. Copying or saving public listing information does not transfer ownership or control of the public listing, and saved information must be independently verified before use.
Loopfella may help users contact businesses or transmit requests, but Loopfella is not the contractor, supplier, buyer, seller, rental company, waste facility, recycler, carrier, broker, employer, agent, or party to any agreement between users and a listed business. Responses, bids, prices, taxes, delivery, quality, safety, availability, scheduling, payment, performance, disputes, and resulting transactions remain the responsibility of those parties.
Loopfella uses its own mapping servers and OpenStreetMap data for geocoding and road routing. Locations, routes, and mileage are estimates and may contain errors or omit restrictions, closures, vehicle limits, weight limits, unsafe conditions, or jobsite-access requirements. They are not truck-specific or heavy-haul routing instructions. Confirm every destination, route, and access requirement independently before travel.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Loopfella a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve Loopfella and your listing or advertisement. You represent that you have the authority and rights needed to submit the content and grant this license.
Do not submit unlawful, false, misleading, infringing, malicious, discriminatory, or abusive material. Do not scrape or copy Loopfella data in bulk, evade access controls, interfere with security, introduce harmful code, overload the service, reverse engineer protected features, or use Loopfella content to build or enrich a competing directory, database, or service.
LOOPFELLA® is a registered trademark. The Loopfella name, logos, designs, page layouts, software, and original site content are owned by or licensed to Loopfella and are protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and other intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to use Loopfella branding or content except as needed for ordinary use of the website. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loopfella and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation. Site content is general information and is not legal, financial, engineering, environmental, transportation, safety, or other professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loopfella is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or business losses arising from use of or inability to use the site, listings, routes, third-party information, communications, or transactions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Loopfella may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when an account or use of the service violates these terms, threatens users or system security, creates legal risk, or interferes with operation of the site. You may stop using Loopfella at any time, subject to any active subscription and cancellation terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these terms as Loopfella changes. The updated date will appear on this page, and continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
