Information We Collect
- Account and contact information you provide.
- Business listings, locations, materials, rentals, services, contractor details, images, and other submitted content.
- Search terms, approximate project area, selected filters, result counts, pages visited, timestamps, and feature activity.
- Security and technical information such as IP address, browser details, logs, session identifiers, and hashed identifiers.
- Membership, transaction, quote-request, and payment-status records. Stripe receives payment-card details directly.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate searches and maps, maintain accounts and listings, process memberships, deliver requested communications, improve features, measure reliability, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot problems, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
When Information Is Disclosed
We may provide necessary information to service providers that support hosting, email, security, payment processing, and requested site functions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, during a business transaction, or with your direction. Public listing information is visible to site visitors.
Maps and Location Searches
Loopfella’s primary and mirrored backup Nominatim and OSRM servers process location and routing requests using OpenStreetMap data. Search locations and route endpoints are used to return requested results and may be logged for security, reliability, and improvement.
Local Event Suggestions
We use your selected state, your saved member state, or an approximate U.S. state estimated from your IP address to suggest events. IP lookups use a DB-IP database stored on our server; we do not send your IP address to DB-IP for these lookups. Estimates can be incorrect, and you can change the selected state. A state you select is remembered in your existing session. We do not create an additional location cookie or request your device's precise location for this feature.

Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, subject to identity verification and legal or operational exceptions. You may opt out of marketing emails and submit a privacy request through our Privacy Opt-Out page.
Retention, Security, and Children
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for service operation, security, accounting, legal compliance, and dispute prevention. We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure. Loopfella is not directed to children under 13.
International Visitors and Updates
Information may be processed in the United States. We may update this policy as Loopfella changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated policy date or other appropriate notice.
